Music or sound effects are silent

1. Click or tap “Test the sound” in Animal Music Garden, or the game's sound button yourself. Browsers can keep audio stopped until this first action.
2. Check your device volume and output. Look for sound going to Bluetooth headphones, and check whether the browser tab is muted.
3. Try one music key before moving to another game. A game's sound setting and your device's mute setting are separate.
4. If you still hear nothing, stop any recording, reload the page and try the sound test again.

If Music Garden reports that sound is unavailable, you can explore the visual responses. These do not replace a listening activity. You can also choose a picture game or a paper activity.

Word speech is silent or the voice sounds different

Word speech uses voices supplied by your device and browser. Some environments do not have Japanese or English voices available. Switch the site language before pressing the speech button. Letter tiles still work when speech is unavailable.

English display offers alphabet play. Japanese display offers hiragana, katakana and the alphabet. Missing speech is not necessarily a fault. A grown-up can read the example aloud.

Dragging is awkward or a detail is hard to tap

Try tapping a product or letter tile, then its basket or destination. Some activities add an item with one tap. To drag, release inside the destination. Releasing outside returns the item so you can try again.

• In Color Workshop, use Picture size to enlarge to 2× or 3×, then scroll to the detail. Paint small areas also offers buttons for picture regions.
• In the maze, trace from Bunny or use on-screen arrows or arrow keys.
• Delivery separates loading and driving. Match the picture list before setting off.
• Pause motion in Bug Safari when a moving target feels too fast.

Find keyboard activities using the Controls selector on Choose a game. Tab moves between selectable controls; Enter or Space activates buttons. Not every drag action has a keyboard equivalent.

Where does progress go?

Supported games use storage in the browser where you open this site. There are no accounts or cloud sync. Chrome and Edge, or private and ordinary windows, may have different records even on the same device.

Clearing browser or site data removes these records. There is no device transfer or recovery after deletion. Controls may work when saving is restricted, but progress may disappear after closing the page. See our storage and privacy explanation.

A new round is different from deleting a collection

Start over or Restart this trip lets you replay a problem. Reset collection and Reset gallery & discoveries remove collected records. A grown-up should read the confirmation and check which records it names before deciding.

The screen is stuck, or you want to report a problem

Try reloading the page. There are no purchases or subscriptions, so game actions do not charge real money. On Windows, Ctrl + Shift + R reloads when an old display persists. Games that do not save an unfinished round may restart that round.

If the problem stays, use Contact and include the game name, device and browser, your last action and any message shown. A child's name, birth date, photo and your passwords are not needed.
